Q: How long is the tour and how far do we walk?
A: Most tours last 60–90 minutes and cover about 1–1.5 miles of easy-paced walking on historic streets.
Q: Are the tours suitable for all ages?
A: Yes, our tours are family-friendly. However, they involve walking on uneven sidewalks, so children should be able to walk on their own or be carried in a stroller.
Q: What should I wear and bring?
A:Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. We recommend bringing water, sunscreen, a hat, and a small umbrella or light rain jacket. St. Augustine can be hot and humid.
Q: What about the weather?
A: Tours run rain or shine in light rain. Florida weather can change quickly — we only cancel or modify tours in the event of severe weather (lightning, heavy flooding, or dangerous conditions). See our Weather Policy for details.
Q: Is the tour strenuous?
A: The tours are gentle-paced but do involve standing and walking on historic sidewalks that can be uneven or have steps. If you have mobility concerns, please contact us before booking.
Q: What if it rains on the day of the tour?
A: Light to moderate rain usually does not cancel the tour. We encourage guests to dress appropriately and still enjoy the experience. You will only receive a refund or reschedule option if we cancel due to severe weather.
Q: Do I need to print my ticket?
A: No. Just show your digital ticket on your phone when you arrive.
Q: Can I take photos and videos?
A: Absolutely! Feel free to take photos during the tour. We may also take some group photos for our social media (you can opt out if preferred).

Our experiences are moderate-paced walking experiences through historic St. Augustine. Surfaces include cobblestone streets, sidewalks, and uneven ground. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.

We love pets, but unfortunately, they are not allowed on our tours except for service animals.
Your meeting location will be provided in your booking confirmation email. We select historically relevant and accessible starting points within downtown St. Augustine.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
